Expertise
David has been providing assistance to foreign and Italian companies for over 15 years in the areas of commercial law, antitrust, consumer protection, privacy and electornic payment systems. His practice includes cross-border distribution and franchising agreements, assistance in proceedings before the Italian Competition Authority and the European Commission, advice on privacy law, also acting as DPO, and legal and regulatory assistance with regard to marketing/advertising and payment services. He works in Italian, English and French.
Curriculum
David, graduated from the University of Rome, with a period of attendance at the Université Paris XII - Val de Marne (Erasmus project)a, specialized in European Law at the College of Europe - Bruges, has carried out his professional activity at the European Commission - DG COMP, in primary international law firms and has been a legal consultant for Sky Italia for over 10 years. David has recently completed the Executive Master Anti-Money Laundering Diploma at the European School of Banking Management in Milan. He is a member of the Rome Bar .
